Synergy Rising is embarking on an extraordinary journey to create a sanctuary of strength, discipline, and self-expression for children in Peru. On newly acquired land nestled in the the Peruvian landscape, we are building a martial arts school—a space where movement meets meaning, and young minds and bodies are empowered.

This project is more than just a physical structure. It is a promise to the next generation, a commitment to instilling values of resilience, respect, and unity through the timeless teachings of martial arts. The school will serve as a beacon of opportunity, welcoming children from diverse backgrounds to discover their inner strength, develop confidence, and cultivate a sense of purpose.

 

Our Architect

Pasu Seminario is a Peruvian architect focused on designing meaningful spaces that bring his clients’ visions to life. Brought up in the Sacred Valley and trained at Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Pasu’s architectural style is a unique marriage of Andean tradition and contemporary design. His approach emphasizes harmony with the environment, biophilic design, and intentional use of energy. As a co-founder of Alfaro Seminario Architecture & Design, Pasu has led urban and rural projects throughout Peru. He currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he continues to coordinate projects in close collaboration with his Peruvian team. With strong Andean roots and international experience, Pasu brings a global yet culturally grounded perspective to the architectural field.
